We are fully booked for Thanksgiving week and Christmas-New Years week. We are not accepting new clients during these periods.
If you are a new customer we require a "meet and greet" initial session to discuss our policies and meet you and your furry family members.
New customers should also call or email at least 7 days before they need care so that we can set up a "meet and greet". We can not accept new clients without a meet and greet session.

Your call or email will be answered within 24 hours.
Please provide a set of keys for your home at the meet and greet.
Current clients please book all service requests through the Time to Pet portal.
All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations.
We require a minimum of daily cat visits for the health and safety of your feline friends. We do not do every other day visits for cats.
